Kimberley David represents clients on both sides of commercial real estate transactions. With experience across all asset types, she focuses her practice on leasing and acquisition/disposition of office, retail, industrial, warehouse, multi-family, mixed-use projects, and a full array of other operating concerns.
Passionate about helping clients achieve their business goals, Kimberley is known for her transparency and openness as a negotiator. Clients rely on her skillful problem solving and project management acumen to get deals done efficiently and on time.
Having advised clients at two AmLaw 100 firms, Kimberley has a broad background in commercial real estate transactions. She has represented private and institutional investors in complex individual and portfolio acquisitions, dispositions, mergers, financing and leasing transactions.
Her clients have included global retailers; global logistics companies; international, national, and regional financial institutions; pension funds; joint venturers; international, regional and local commercial real estate developers; REITs; nonprofit organizations; hospitality providers; gaming and leisure companies; healthcare companies; a global food services provider; a local museum; a private university; an international oil company; as well as other governmental and private owners, occupants, and operators of commercial real estate.
