Overview
Chloe attended the University of California, Berkeley, and the Haas School of Business. She first gained legal experience at the JAG office in Korea. She attended the University of Washington School of Law, serving as the President of the Women's Law Caucus and Director of Community Outreach for APALSA. She currently splits her time between Washington and Korea.
