RuthAnne Bennett is an experienced professional with a robust background in Real Estate.
Before joining Summit, RuthAnne worked across the real estate industry in residential real estate, HOA and rental management, and title/escrow. Working closely with Summit's Real Estate and Land-Use teams, RuthAnne's specialties include project management, strategic planning, driving efficiency, and fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams. RuthAnne is known for her ability to navigate complex challenges and deliver innovative solutions that align with organizational goals. Her commitment to continuous improvement and excellence has earned her a reputation as a trusted leader and mentor.
Outside of work, RuthAnne and her husband operate a small farm in Snohomish; they are current participants in a multi-year study on the cultivation of shiitake mushrooms in the woods through Washington State University. They have also raised chickens, quail, alongside their rescued dogs and cats.
