Kristin serves as Summit's Executive Director, strategizing on and advancing the firm's operations.
Informed by more than two decades of legal industry experience, Kristin leads Summit Law Group's overall operations. She began her career in legal accounting departments as the firm's financial steward and then advanced into her first executive director position in 2014. She joined Summit in 2018, successfully shepherding the firm through the pandemic.
Throughout her journey, Kristin consistently prioritizes professional growth alongside personal development. She believes that to be a better leader, which is an evolving target, also means striving to be a better human. Her leadership style fosters an environment where empathy, transparency, communication, and collaboration are at the forefront. She is committed to creating and maintaining a culture at Summit that empowers every individual to thrive personally and professionally.
