Overview
Kristen Oxwang is a paralegal providing support to the Litigation and Labor and Employment Groups.
With over 30 years of experience in complex commercial and employment litigation, with focus areas including document investigation and analysis, e-discovery, database management, drafting pleadings and motions, and trial preparation. Ms. Oxwang is experienced in working directly with clients, outside counsel, and federal and state court systems.
At Summit Law Group she has assisted on litigation and employment matters including document management and trial preparation for consumer protection and antitrust litigation; comprehensive case management for Taiwanese toxic-tort class action litigation and related remediation, arbitration, budgeting, and insurance coverage issues; and coordination of multiple parties and clients during multi-billion tariff rate litigation, culminating in a 3-month trial and subsequent appeals.
Prior to joining Summit she was a paralegal at Heller Ehrman LLP. When not wrangling databases (and lawyers) you can find Kristen honing her baking skills, searching out the best brunch venues, and sailgating to Husky football games.
