Angela Hill is an experienced real estate and business attorney who provides strategic counsel to property owners, developers, builders, landlords, and tenants operating regionally and nationally.
As former in-house counsel to a real estate development company, Angela brings a practical and business-focused mindset to her work. She is recognized by clients for her efficiency, effectiveness, and creative solutions as well as her deep knowledge of the real estate industry and clients’ related business needs.
Real estate transactions. Angela provides counsel on:

Her work includes advising on industrial, retail, office, residential, multi-family, and mixed-use development projects.
When land use issues arise as obstacles in real estate transactions and development, Angela guides clients through the complexities of securing land use entitlements and permit approvals.
Business transactions. In addition to her real estate work, Angela assists clients with select business matters such as forming business entities (including joint venture entities) as well as drafting and negotiating operating, consulting, professional services, asset purchase, and other business agreements.
Clients. Angela’s clients include a global online retailer, a national development and construction lender, national and regional real estate developers and builders, and other businesses.
