Overview
Ada Danelo concentrates their practice on real estate and business transactions. Serving primarily small- and medium-size entities, Ada advises local, regional and international companies on a range of corporate and commercial matters.
A former business owner, Ada is passionate about helping businesses get started and succeed. They work to be a strategic business partner with their clients, becoming deeply knowledgeable about a client's business and providing practical advice to move the business forward. Ada advises on:
Corporate law. Thoroughly experienced in the needs of both start-up and established companies, Ada provides counsel on:

- Corporate governance
- Asset protection
- Contracts and service agreements
- Preparing individuals to invest in private companies
- Helping private companies raise funds, including with SEC compliance in private equity offerings
- Mergers & acquisitions: selling and buying businesses
- Succession planning and business breakups
Real estate transactions. Ada has represented clients in negotiating and documenting:

Deeply involved with legal, policymaking, and other civic and charitable organizations, Ada focuses on issues involving intersectionality and the identification and promotion of common ground among diverse communities. Ada has also provided pro bono counsel in affirmative asylum cases and related matters.
Outside of the office, Ada can be found backcountry skiing, climbing mountains, and harvesting wild mushrooms.
