13th Annual Federal and Civil Trial Practice Seminar

Summit lawyers Jeff Feldman and Chad Mitchell are thrilled to participate in the 13th Annual Federal Civil Trial Practice Seminar sponsored by the Benton-Franklin County Bar Association.  The seminar will be held on Friday, May 17, 2019, at the Federal Courthouse in Richland for the Eastern District of Washington.

Mr. Mitchell will present in a panel, "Mediation: From Start to Finish."  Mr. Feldman will present in a panel, "Navigating Peremptory Challenges in Federal and State Courts."
