What surprised you most about working at Summit?

"It was impressive to see the wide breadth of cases that Summit handles across various sectors throughout Seattle. Additionally, I was struck by the depth of community engagement and the firm's welcoming and inclusive culture. The generosity and everyone's willingness to share their knowledge and invest time in helping others, especially summer interns, truly stood out to me.

What advice would you have given yourself at the beginning of your internship with Summit?

"I would tell future interns to fully embrace their time at Summit by being open-minded, proactive, and willing to have new experiences, whether exploring new practice areas, working with different partners, or participating in firm-wide events!"

How will your time at Summit inform and shape your career trajectory?

"My experience at Summit has been incredibly rewarding. Working on substantive projects and applying the legal knowledge I gained during my 1L year has been both fulfilling and meaningful. This experience has deepened my excitement for my future career in the law and reinforced my commitment to my professional goals. I look forward to applying the insights and skills that Summit has taught me as I move forward in my legal career."
