Jessica Goldman Speaking on Public Records & Open Meetings

Summit Partner Jessica Goldman will be speaking at Law Seminars International's fourth annual seminar "Public Records & Open Meetings" on March 31, 2017 at the Washington State Convention Center. Jessica's presentation, a segment of "Case Law Update: The Flavors of the Past Two Years before Appellate Courts," will focus on the use of personal devices by public servants, what agency practices should be adopted, and how to best retrieve public communications on private devices.
