Summit Partner Ralph Palumbo will be co-presenting "Perspectives on Trying Class Action Cases" at the Federal Bar Association's 2016 Class Action Symposium presented by the Northern District of California Chapter on December 7, 2016 in San Francisco. Ralph's presentation will address how courts are approaching class action trials, and effective trial strategies for liability and damages. Other speakers will address "Recent Changes to the Federal Rules and the Impact on Class Actions," "The Court Secrecy Debate: Corporate Privacy v. The Public's Right to Know," and "Changing Standards for Class Certification: Spokeo, Standing, and Other Emerging Issues."
