Congratulations to MetaBrite

Summit Law Group congratulates its Business Group client MetaBrite (DocuSign founder Court Lorenzini’s newest company) on its latest round of funding. MetaBrite, headquartered in Pioneer Square, got its beginnings from the 2011 startup CookBrite when Lorenzini realized that his cooking app could be developed into other apps that gather data and information on consumer-buying habits. With the help of Summit Partners Laura Bertin and Andy Shawber, Thursday’s round of funding came from the San Francisco venture capital firm 415 Investments, as well as angel investors from Seattle and the Bay Area.
