Bruce Schroeder and Rod Younker to Speak at NPELRA Conference

Summit Partners Bruce Schroeder and Rod Younker will be presenters at the National Public Employer Labor Relations Association’s Annual Training Conference taking place March 29 through April 1, 2015 in Savannah, Georgia. Bruce will be presenting “Medical and Recreational Marijuana & the Workplace: Maneuvering Through the Haze,” which will address the emerging issues associated with medical and recreational marijuana use. Rod will be co-presenting (with Ron Kramer of Seyfarth Shaw) “Don’t Get Hit by that Cadillac: Addressing and Bargaining Cadillac Tax Issues." This session will explain the ACA’s Cadillac tax (scheduled to take effect in 2018), how it works, and how to project whether your community will be subject to it.
