Summit Arbitration Law Group Phone Scam

This is a warning that "Joseph Allen" of the "Summit Arbitration Law Group" is making calls to potential victims regarding alleged old, unpaid debts. Call recipients are being told they owe money for arbitration services related to discharging the old debts. Some callers may be contacted by someone working with "Joseph Allen" who claims to be from the U.S. Marshall's Office. The caller claims that a warrant for arrest has been issued and will be served if the victim does not pay immediately. Please be advised that these calls are not from anyone associated with Summit Law Group. We have contacted our local Attorney General's Office and encourage you to report any such calls to your local law enforcement agency.
